What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Mostly getting to know them and the situation that led them to call me.. I enjoy conversations but also no when it is time to work. But I guess it’s a lot of listening 👂 to hear what your needs are.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Life, I was shown this line of work by old timers that really really new what they was doing. Plus also hands on on the new ways.. so I’m really versatile and not much holds me back from getting the job done.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I actually started when I was like 7, always helping / learning with my dad and grandpa. My grandpa did this kind of work most his life, from mowing customers to putting in mobile home from scratch! Like woods still there, we did it all, I loved ever moment and now when I do this kind of work for others, I remember all them good times my dad and gramp and me had..

What types of customers have you worked with?

That’s a odd question but I’d say all kinds.. that is one thing that I also enjoy about owning a company like this I meet so many ppl everyday. All great people, I truly love what I do.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Don’t honestly know, I’m really fond of all the work I do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Watch out for them prices that seem cheap upfront cause In the long run it will cost so much more.. Just hire the person that makes you feel comfortable the price normally will be a lot less then the cheaper guys.. Lesson from experience 😎

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A few things. One budget, have a budget that really helps a honest business help you.. second would be to be ready, it can get stressful sometimes when hiring someone plus nervous about the job needing done. Just try to relax, breathe and think. Take all the time you need. Again good businesses will respect that and work with you.. lastly don’t let a company decide for you. If you don’t like something, speak up so it’s done the way you want plus done right. Then be ready to smile when it’s all over. Or you should be anyway.
